What if I'm unhappy with my flowers?
If you’re unhappy with your product, whether it’s not as described or damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of the purchase, then return the product to our shop and we will issue a full refund.
We accept no liability for flowers after 24 hours of delivery/pickup, we ensure they are in optimum condition when they leave our shop, and can be adversely affected in a short time in unsuitable conditions.
Delivery Policy
Delivery must be within 5 miles from our shop in Liphook, at this time we currently do not accept deliveries outside of this radius. If an order is received outside of this radius we will be unable to fulfil the delivery, and a pickup or an order cancellation can be arranged.
